Happenings at WES-May 22-26

The Book Fair is THIS WEEK ~ Stop by the Library and check out all the great merchandise!

A BIG thank you to Montgomery’s Meats who, once again, supported WES with a fabulous Drive Thru Dinner! We love working with these guys – they make it seem effortless for us because they do SO much! Thank you.

Serenity Ortiz (8th grade) has come up with a fantastic idea to positively recognize our students at WES – She’s made a project called “Say It” which is an anti-bullying campaign that encourages students of WES to write positive messages on Post It notes to display on special boards throughout the school. Keep an eye out to see if you have a special message posted!!

Cub Power

We had such a great year at WES! Thank you to all who supported our school, whether you came to the meetings or contributed to a fundraiser, your efforts are appreciated by the staff here at WES. We love this school and are already planning and looking forward to next school year (after a nice, long break of course). Our first fundraiser planned for next school year is a Cub Color Run in September. Our next Cub Power meeting will be on August 9th at 4pm.
